COLLEGE CAREER: A four-year starter ... Became Pepperdine's 16th player to reach the 1,000-kill mark on Feb. 11, 2011 vs. USC and finished his career ranked 13th all time with 1,143 kills ... Averaged 2.96 kills, 1.06 digs and .58 blocks in 386 games and 104 matches.

PEPPERDINE 2011: Started in all 26 matches and 99 sets ... Ranked second on the team with 225 kills and third with 2.27 kills per set ... Averaged .95 digs and .48 blocks ... Finished the season with a .214 attack percentage ... Reached double-digit kill totals in 12 matches ... Tagged down a season-best 14 kills against both UC San Diego (3/12) and USC (3/25) ... Hit .550 (13-2-20) vs. Harvard (3/15) and .526 (11-1-19) against UCLA (4/16) ... Collected a season-best eight digs against Ohio State (1/10) and Pacific (2/18) ... Recorded five blocks at Stanford (4/2) ... Totaled 94 digs and 48 blocks ... Averaged 2.60 points per set.

PEPPERDINE 2010: Selected to the AVCA and Volleyball Magazine's All-American second teams and the All-MPSF first team as a junior ... Led the team with 3.89 kills ... Hit .381 and also averaged 0.86 digs and 0.52 blocks ... Ranked 19th in the country in hitting percentage ... Played in 90 games and started 22 of 23 matches ... Rebounded from an early-season injury that cost him the first few contests ... Reached double-figure kills in 21 of 23 matches, including the last 14 of the season ... Posted a career-high 25 kills in two straight matches at Long Beach State (4/15) and UC San Diego (4/17) ... Also broke the 20-kill mark with 21 vs. USC (1/29) ... Hit .800 (17-1-20) in a win vs. Stanford (2/19) ... Named AVCA and co-MPSF Player of the Week on Feb. 22 for his effort vs. Stanford and a 17-kill performance vs. Pacific (2/17) ... Other season highs were seven digs vs. UC Irvine (4/3), five blocks vs. UC Santa Barbara and two service aces (three times).

PEPPERDINE 2009: Third on the team with 2.56 kills as a sophomore ... Started all 27 matches and played in 100 games ... Also averaged 1.38 digs and 0.63 blocks ... Second on the team with 17 aces ... Had 10 matches with 10 or more kills ... Posted a season-high 18 kills at Long Beach State (3/6) ... Had two kill-dig double-doubles, including a 17-kill, season-high 16-dig performance at UC San Diego (3/7) ... Hit a season-best .378 (17-3-37) at UCSD ... Other season highs were six blocks (4/25 vs. Long Beach State) and three service aces (3/14 vs. George Mason).

PEPPERDINE 2008: Started all 28 matches as a true freshman and appeared in 97 games ... Was the team's second-leading hitter, averaging 3.22 kills per game ... Also averaged 1.04 digs and 0.68 blocks and hit .307 ... Reached double-figure kills 17 times and had 20 or more kills three times ... Had a season-high 24 kills at UCLA (2/9) and also had 23 vs. USC (4/5) and 22 at UCLA (4/19) in the first round of the MPSF Tournament ... Hit .600 with a match-high 17 kills in Pepperdine's win over previously unbeaten Long Beach State (2/13) and was named the MPSF co-Player of the Week ... Other season highs were seven blocks (2/29 at USC), seven digs (2/6 at UC Irvine and 3/12 at Cal State Northridge) and three service aces (1/19 at Stanford).

CLUB: Played on the Junior National Team in 2007 ... Played for the NCVC 18s, the NorCal EXP 17s, the Ikaika Volleyball Club 16s and the Sacramento Volleyball Club 15s ... Placed fifth at Junior Olympics with NCVC 18s.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Placer High School, located in Auburn, Calif., in 2007 ... Played three years on the varsity ... A Volleyball Magazine Fab 50 selection ...
